In 2014, she graduated with honors from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University (Pedagogical Institute) and completed a master’s degree in Primary Education. She is qualified as a lecturer of pedagogy, primary school teacher and practical psychologist in educational institutions.
From 2013 to 2014, she worked as a school psychologist at Ivano-Frankivsk Secondary School No. 18.
From 2014 to 2020, she worked as a primary school teacher at Ivano-Frankivsk Lyceum No. 18.
From 2020 to 2025, she held the position of Deputy Director for Teaching and Learning at the Sofia Rusova Primary School of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council.
Since 2025, she has held the position of lecturer at the Department of Primary Education an Educational Innovations.
In 2021, she defended a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences (PhD) on the topic “Ukrainian literary tale of the end of XX – beginning of the XXI century: poetics of the chronotope”.

Speaker at online schools, EdCamps and conferences. Presented the possibilities for implementing the Ukrainian studies component and the concept of the New Ukrainian School at seminars, workshops and conferences for educators of diaspora formal and non-formal education institutions in The Hague, Netherlands (2019), Ankara, Turkey (2019), Zurich, Switzerland (2024), Copenhagen, Denmark (2024).

Olesia Dybovska delivers courses including “Modern Approaches to Teaching Language and Literature Subjects in Primary School”, “Activity-Based Approach in Education”, “Gamification and Educational Games” and “Leadership in Education: New Roles of the Teacher”. She is responsible for the department’s career guidance activities, including promotion of the A3 Primary Education program for prospective applicants (open days, meetings with school students), preparation and dissemination of informational materials, establishing cooperation with general secondary educational institutions.
